01 Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Avoo AI: Animate & Stylize ("Service" or "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
02 Definitions
- Company / We / Us: Avoo
- Service / App: The Avoo AI: Animate & Stylize application
- User / You: The person accessing or using the Service
- Content: Any images, videos, text, or other materials
- AI Processing: AI-powered image and video transformation features
- Free Tier: The basic free service level with limited generations
- Avoo Pro: Paid subscription plan with extended features
03 Account Creation and Deletion
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, all activities under your account, and notifying us immediately of unauthorized use.
3.2 Account Termination by User
You may deactivate your account anytime by emailing ai@info-avoo.com.
3.3 Account Deletion

We may suspend or delete your account if you violate these Terms or engage in illegal or harmful activity.
04 Acceptable and Prohibited Use
4.1 Permitted Use
You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes to create AI-generated images and videos from your own photos.
4.2 Prohibited Use
- Upload illegal content
- Upload sexually explicit nudity or extreme violence
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Upload images of other individuals without consent
- Reverse engineer or attempt to hack our AI models
- Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
- Share your account with others
- Use the Service for commercial purposes without our written consent
- Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise our systems
05 Payments and Refunds
5.1 Free Tier
- 5 AI image generations
- 1 AI video animation
5.2 Avoo Pro Subscription
- Additional features and generations
- Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law
5.3 Payment Processing
Payments are handled by third-party processors. By making a payment, you agree to their terms.
5.4 Refunds
Refunds are generally not available except, in accordance with applicable law, for: technical issues preventing service use; billing errors; or as otherwise required by consumer protection laws.
5.5 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
06 Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Rights
The Service, including software, AI models, designs, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
6.2 User Content
You retain ownership of your original photos but grant us a license to process, store, and use them solely to provide the Service.
6.3 Generated Content
You own the AI-generated images and videos created from your photos; however, similar outputs may be generated for other users and you have no exclusive rights to the generated content.

By uploading content, you confirm that:
- You have the legal right to upload the content
- The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
- You have consent from any identifiable individuals
- The content is not harmful, offensive, or inappropriate
08 Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

AI results may vary in quality and accuracy. No guarantees are made regarding suitability for any purpose.
8.3 Limitation of Liability
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
09 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, your violation of laws or third-party rights, or content you upload or generate.
10 Termination of Access
We may suspend or terminate your access with notice or immediately in cases of violation of these Terms, illegal or harmful activities, non-payment, or any other reason allowed by law.
11 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Germany, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights under your local laws.
12 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notices, email, or other prominent announcements. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
